1. Product Warning: Safety First, Fun Second!

We’re all about making life easier, but let’s keep it safe:

  • Choking Hazard: Our products have some small parts, which, while essential, aren’t meant for tiny humans. Keep these bits out of reach of kiddos and pets.
  • Read the Manual: We know, manuals aren’t exactly page-turners, but this one’s worth a glance! If you’re stuck, call in a pro or give us a shout.
  • Wall Strength Matters: Our racks are tough, but they need solid walls to hold them up. Reinforce your walls if needed!
  • Two-Person Job: Grab a friend—it takes two to install safely. And trust us, your wall (and your back) will thank you.
  • Indoor Use Only: Our racks love the indoors. Take them outside, and they might not be so friendly back.
  • Max Weight Alert: Don’t overload! Each bay holds up to 150 lbs (80 kg) max. Stick to the limit, and enjoy the durability.

2. EZYRACK Limited Warranty: Covered with Care

We stand by our racks! Every new Ezyrack product comes with a limited warranty for any hiccups in materials or workmanship. This is our promise to you, our valued customer. Just a heads-up: this warranty is for the first owner only and applies to purchases from Ezyrack’s approved retailers. Cool? Cool.

3. What’s Covered (Because We’ve Got Your Back!)

Here’s what’s on us:

  • Ezyrack Garage Storage Rack: Yes, that includes the overhead and wall-mounted shelves.
  • Warranty Period: All racks bought after January 1, 2024, have a 2-year warranty. Time to rack up some organization points!

4. Extended Warranty Conditions: Read This (Just for the Fine Print)

Repair or Replacement
We’re here to repair or replace any legit issues covered by the warranty. And in rare cases, we may even offer a refund. But keep in mind, this is the only way we can help—no extra promises allowed!

Not Covered (Sorry, but We Have Limits)
Our warranty doesn’t cover:

  1. Anything that’s not a material or workmanship defect.
  2. Damage from normal wear, misuse, accidents, or wild attempts at creativity.
  3. Accessories or add-ons not made by Ezyrack (we trust our own parts best).
  4. Ignoring the manual? That one’s on you.

Warranty’s void if you send back a product that’s altered or has tampered labels. Just keep it original!

How to File a Claim
Got a claim? No problem! Email us at contact@ezyrack.com or call 855-421-2808. Keep that sales receipt handy—we’ll need it to help you out.

Implied Warranties and Limitation of Damages
Legal bit here: implied warranties (like fitness for purpose) match the warranty length. And, sorry, we can’t cover indirect damages like lost profits. Some places don’t allow this, so it might not apply to you.
